How To Upload Game Pix

This option allows the designated "uploader" to upload pictures to the team-specific folder.
These pictures can then be viewed by anyone using the "GAME PIX" selection on the top menu bar.
If you have game pix to upload,  please ask the coach who is the designated uploader and
work with them.
*The person with the upload password is solely responsible for monitoring the content*

Steps to Upload

• Verify the picture size on your computer
  .Depending on your Windows O/S,  you can determine size by highlighting the file,  right click and select properties.  The security tab will list size (width and height). 
  
  Do not exceed width of 800 or height of 600 pixels in size
  

• Rename the pictures to a descriptive name

The utility to view the game pix, lists the actual file name.  Many of the digital cameras today assign names that are unique but rarely descriptive.  If you are loading pix from a specific week's game, week 7 for example,  I suggest naming the files to "week7_1", week7_2", "week7_4".  Simply use Explorer to rename the files.  You need to do this BEFORE starting upload

After successful login,  the second menu bar will contain option to UPLOAD PIX

• Click on the "Upload Pix" option

• Click on the BROWSE to locate the file to be uploaded

• After file has been selected,  click on the ADD FILE TO LIST button
  Then screen will look like this…

• Repeat the select until all the files are on your list.
  After you have listed all the files to upload.. 

• Press "List is complete START UPLOAD" button.

While uploading .. a progress window will appear….

After uploading completes…you will see a status on the upload… 
indicating either SUCCESSFUL or a problem

To verify the got uploaded… Click on the "GAME PIX" option off the top menu bar….
